Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for gifting and bulk orders.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend personalized gifting solutions from Vaaree's product range.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from pitching to negotiation, closing, and coordination with internal teams for fulfillment.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing, and closure of deals while ensuring high margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of orders, maintaining quality and brand standards.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate changing business needs.
  • Strategic thinker who can craft and execute effective sales and growth strategies.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Track sales metrics and report performance to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with a flair for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in the home décor/lifestyle, restaurant category is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm to grow a business vertical from the ground up.
