Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with vendors and manufacturers, making them feel like rockstars within the Vaaree ecosystem.
  • Understand the goals and aspirations of our partners, and collaborate effectively to align their strategies with Vaaree's marketplace objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, advocating for their needs within Vaaree and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans to optimise success for Vaaree and its partners.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performance metrics with precision, identifying key areas for enhancement and devising strategies to propel partners to new heights.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and dynamics, continuously refining our partner program strategy to maintain Vaaree’s competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing partners or key accounts, with a demonstrated track record of building legendary relationships and driving mutual success.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful partner programs, leveraging strategic insights to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for connecting with people and negotiating effectively to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a penchant for problem-solving using data-driven insights and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-driven attitude, while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and CRM tools is advantageous, although a strong emphasis is placed on skills and experience in partner management and program development.
