Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Vaaree, you will own and drive internal product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying operational and business problems to shipping impactful solutions. You will work closely with cross functional teams to build scalable, efficient,

and user-friendly internal tools that power our marketplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

● Own the product roadmap and execution for assigned product areas.

● Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and PRDs.

● Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

● Define success metrics and track product performance using data and insights.

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.

● Identify gaps, improve workflows, and optimize user journeys across web and internal tools.

● Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business value.

● Drive continuous product improvements post-launch

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate PM, or similar role.

● Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development

● Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

● Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to make decisions.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

● Prior experience in marketplace, consumer internet, or startups is a plus.
